Welcome to 2009 folks! My Lord! It's been forever since I've updated this place. I almost had the costume galleries finished, and then I just sort of stopped working on them.

Anyways, I just felt like popping in and acknowledging that I've been slacking, and hopfully this will encourage me to get a move on it! I still need to add all my Youmacon pictures! Oh my! I'm really behind.

A new feature!

So the Galleries have been recolored to match the upcoming theme that will be all over the site soon [hopefully!!!]. However, there is also another new feature that I added!

Now presenting the Poisonous Tattoo Forums!. Feel free to join if you'd like. It's just a place to chit chat and stuff like that. Maybe make some new friends.

And from now on, updates will be very brief, with a link pointing to a thread in the forum with more detailed information. For a few updates that have recently happened, please refer here. If you ever have a problem with the site, please report it there. Thanks!

Ohayocon pictures from myself, Peter, and Liz have been uploaded, and Usagi_sern is more that likely having hers put up too.

I've constantly been mentioning that Poisonous Tattoo is undergoing some major changes. Though I'm starting to get skeptical about if I'll be able to complete it by the time I want to... I have however, managed to redo my galleries. All the pictures that I have the originals for (ie: anything titled "My Pictures") have been redone so they are almost double the original resolution. I also added a new and better looking watermark, and ALL galleries have been completed, with the exception of a few Ohayocon ones. New non-convention galleries have been added too, including my rained out Geeks in the Wilderness 2.0, the 7th Harry Potter book release, and my trip to the Ren Faire. But as I said, all other galleries have been redone. So check them all out!

Ohayocon is at the top, and everything in chronological going downwards. Check them out! And let me know what you think!

As part of the upcoming update, I've taken the galleries down for a slight revamp. All "My Pictures" galleries are being redone to a much higher resolution (almost twice as big!) and the other galleries are being reorganized. They'll be up again soon. It's just easier to maintain if I have it closed for now.

I'm taking a short break from writing finals right now to make this little note.

First off, I've been a very bad webmaster and haven't really touched this site in over a year. Well, at least that the general public can see. I have been working on it now and then, but I've been VERY busy the last year.

Some of you know though, and have seen previews as proof, that I am working on a big revamp and update slotted to get most of it's work done over Christmas break. Next Thursday I'll start said break, and first I'm going to do my costumes for Ohayocon, then I work on Poison Tattoo.

HOWEVER, last week my computer crashed! While I managed to save *most* of my data, one of the few things I lost was the list I had been gathering of new sites to add in my links. So, if you have me linked and happen to read this, PLEASE EMAIL ME AGAIN WITH YOUR SITE! I know there's a lot of people I've been promising to link to, and I just haven't had the time to go about doing it. I really want to add all of you, but I just couldn't figure out how to backup Vista Mail while running Linux. >.>;;;

So to sum it all up, BIG update scheduled to happen soon. Emails lost of all those I was going to link to, so I need new emails. Or you can comment to this with your homepage. That works too! hehe! Thanks for being so patient! I'll see you around! Now it's back to my massive paper writing... I'd rather go play WoW...

Okay, so ACEN stuff still isn't up. But! I actually have a good reason! I'm moving. Er, rather we're getting ready to move. My parents want to sell their house, and well, my room is, erm, was overly cluttered. One of the things that went was my computer. However, my dad's computer has finally been loaded with Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and all my pictures and other data, so soon, I promise, I'll try and get them up!

Just give me one more week to finish packing and painting my room, and I promise I'll dedicate a day or three to working on Poisonous Tattoo. I've got a lot of great new stuff planned, and I really want to get it up. Please bare with me!!

Ah, the joys of being 21 and still living with parents. When they decide to move, you gotta too! But hey, it's free, and at least we'll be going to a bigger house, so I'll actually have a decent space to work on cosplay. Yay!!!!

ACEN 2007

ACEN 2007 is over now, and pictures will be added to the gallery soon. Another huge update is in the works too. I'm really trying to get this site down to a navigational collection of my costumes that is not only easy to use, but nice to look at too. I'm really hoping my next format will do just that. In the mean time, please be patient! I'm getting ready to move, so my computer time is limited.

Due to recent issues of lots of spam comments appearing in my galleries , unregistered comments are now disabled. I did allow new registration, so if you want to create an account, you can still comment. Sorry for the inconvienence, but I want to try and stop these and until I figure out a better way (i.e. a prove you're a human type thig), this will work. If any of you visitors know anything about Coppermine Galleries and have any suggestions, please let me know.

Also, as a side notwe, I ended up unable to attend Katsucon 13, but I hope everyone had a great time!

I've added the Ohayocon 2007 pictures! It actually took me less than two months! *gasp* Actually, it was less than a week.

Anyways, shortly before Ohayocon I did add my Reactor 2006 pictures. That only took two and a half months.

I do hope to be redoing some of my older con photos with better quality versions, as well as a new layout with a couple new features in the following month or so. But in the mean time, enjoy the pictures and tell me what you think!!!

First off, I hope everyone had a very merry Christmas (or any other holiday you may be celebrating at this time), and that the new year treats you well!

Coming up soon is Ohayocon, so I'll be doing an update after that, probably in mid January with updated costume galleries and photos from both Ohaycon and the few I've been meaning to upload from Reactor. I also hope to be doing a complete revamp to the site too in the coming months, but we'll see how I feel on that later.

If you see me at Ohayocon, let me warn you that I may not be up to a lot all the time. I had surgery a few days ago (my gallbladder needed to be removed) and there were minor complications. However, recovery is going good, so hopefully I'll be my normal self there, but please don't be offended if I seem slightly, um, concerned only about myself.

But once again, hope your holidays went wonderfully and I'll be seeing you around soon!

I finally did it!! All those galleries I've been meaning to make for months (some as far back as May, though most of them since August) have finally been made!

Coming soon there will be pictures from Halloween plus two new costumes, as well as pictures from The Reactor that took place last week. There have been a few updates scattered through with links and photoshoots in the last couple monthes, but for the specific updates this time around, please read on!

I added 9 new links today! If you link to me and I missed you, please let me know! I also gave a few pages new banners, and if you'd prefer I use a different banner for your site or I used text and you have a banner, let me know! I ideally like banners 200 pixels or less in width.

There's a lot going on suddenly in my life, but hopefully after Halloween I'll be able to get all the new character galleries online, plus the two new ones for Halloween.

Well, Deathcom Otakon pictures have finally been posted, and as I promised, that means I'm starting to do my post-Otakon updates that I really put off for far too long. So far, I've updated with new photoshoots. Two of them from Otakon this year. Within the next week, I'll be adding the new content to character galleries. So stay tuned!

Thanks to all of you who continue to visit my site even though I've been rather inactive in updating and/or completing things the last couple monthes. After Deathcom Multimedia updates with the Otakon 2006 pictures, I'll more than likely finish all the unfinished stuff, as well as add a few things. There's just quite a few images that I know they have that I'm waiting to use.

If you browse through the site at all today, you might notice a few broken links here and there. This should be fixed by tomorrow at the latest. I'm currently making my "after a con" update, and therefor adding costume galleries, adding to other galleries, and so on and so forth. My Otakon gallery should be up sometime tonight, but definately expect updates to that gallery over the next month or so as I continue finding pictures.

I'm still working out how I want to go about making convention reports, or if I even want them at all. We'll see how it goes. In the mean time, please have patience while Poisonous Tattoo gets a few updates here and there.

otakon 2006

I'm currently Baltimore at Otakon 2006! The con's going pretty good, still my favorite convention, but I'm losing my voice! Oh no! But this year I won't get sick.

Anyways, expect pictures to be up by next Saturday at the latest. So far my current count is at 186. It's only been a day and a half and I'm only 16 pictures lower than my previous top photographed con! So look forward to my pictures soon, followed by galleries from other people not too much after.

If you're at a con this weekend, hope you're having a lot of fun, and if you aren't, well, I still hope you're having fun! See you all later!

All my graphics should now match the new layout. So no more dark pink around the reference pictures in the character galleries.

Also, as one person commented, I didn't build this layout for low resolutions. According to my site statistics, about 90% of visitors have their screen resolutions high enough to see this whole layout, and well, honestly I got tired of limiting myself to that 10% of users that still have low resolutions. You can always open the pages into their own windows if it would help. Sorry, but the majority wins.

Two years ago today is when Poisonous Tattoo got it's original domain name for the first time! (So what if it's a different name now?) In celebration of this, I present you with a brand new layout, complete with the following new features:

The visitors can now leave comments to my updates! Feel free to abuse this privilage to leave your comments or any glitches or typos you might find around the site with each new update.

The galleries are all new and improved! So this came about in the last week or so, but it's still a new and improved feature!

So please let me know what your thoughts on the site are! Especially since you can now do it easily right here! Also, please pardon any "not matching" pages. The rest of the site is currently being reformatted to match the new layout.
